We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a refund in the form of a store gift card only.
2. Products in the Culture Collection
Items in our Culture Collection may be in stock and are subject to different handling. If you have any concerns about these products, please reach out to our customer service for further assistance.
3. Return Process for Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant images to assist us in addressing the issue.
- Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
4. Refund Process
Refunds for defective items will be processed within 7-10 business days after we approve the return. Customers are responsible for shipping returned items, and refunds will be issued as store gift cards to the email associated with your order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Canceling Orders
Orders must be canceled prior to the production process beginning. If you wish to cancel your order during the production process, any refunds provided will be in the form of store credit only, depending on the current status of the order within production. It is your responsibility to verify that the items being returned meet the conditions stipulated above. Royalty Culture is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed returns that have not been initiated through our designated return process.
