1. Order Processing Time

Products are made to order, except for items in our Culture Collection. Our made-to-order products typically take 3 to 7 business days for production before they are shipped. Items in our Culture Collection may be in stock and usually ship within 2 to 3 business days. If there is a delay in your order, you will be notified. However, if you are not notified, please reach out to our customer service team at info@royaltyculture.co.

2. Shipping Options

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Expect delivery in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Get your items faster with delivery typically within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that while expedited shipping options can reduce transit times, they do not expedite the production process for made-to-order items, which may still take 3 to 7 business days.

3. Domestic and International Shipping

We ship to all 50 states and some select international locations. For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties or taxes that are not included in the quoted shipping cost. Royalty Culture is not responsible for these additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

After your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second email that includes your tracking number. Please be on the lookout for this email, as it will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery until it arrives at your specified address.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of order placement. Royalty Culture is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated processing and shipping times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, supply chain issues, product shortages, or holidays may cause delays. If there is a significant delay in your order beyond our expected time frame, we will notify you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

7. What to Do If Your Product Has Not Arrived

Rest assured that every product is tracked, and we will provide you with the tracking information and updates regarding your order's status.
